Request Product and Batch Documentation
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available on request. This page provides the request process; it does not display a public library of batch reports.
How to request a report
Email [email protected] with the product name and lot number. If you have not purchased yet, ask which report corresponds to the batch currently offered. For an existing order, include your order number as well.
What to check in a report
- The product and lot number match the item concerned.
- The laboratory name, report date and report identifier are present.
- The report identifies the tests performed, their methods and results.
- Any accreditation claim can be matched to the laboratory and the scope of the particular test.
Identity, amount, purity and contaminant testing answer different questions. Do not assume a report covers heavy metals, microorganisms or residual solvents unless those tests and results appear in that report.
What a COA does not establish
A laboratory report describes the sample and tests in that report. It does not by itself establish approval for human use, clinical effectiveness or a safe personal dose. See our Terms of Service for the intended-use terms that apply to these products.
